Fruit “puzzle” salad with mint-lime dressing
Prepare the fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them into about 1” cubes. I used watermelon, papaya, cantaloupe, mango, pineapple, and avocado
In a small bowl, whisk together some lime zest, lime juice, sprinkle of ground paprika, and finely chopped fresh mint.
Serve the fruits with a drizzle of the dressing. Adjust lime juice and fresh mint, as needed to suit your taste
